Living in harmony with Mother Earth and aligning our work with it is very close to our hearts.
This means a lot of mindfulness and appreciation for the ingredients we take and make a lot of food ourselves to avoid garbage. To make sure that our ingredients really grow right in our latitudes and are not snipped around the world.
We love to create beautiful spaces where beauty and well-being have a lot of space. A space of mindfulness, sensory fullness and lavishness.
We cook delicacies, love colors, are colorful and diverse and full of joie de vivre.
We live in Hamburg and love to accompany weddings, funerals, celebrations, seminars, lectures and birthday parties with our skills.
It is important to us to tune in individually to the respective event.

I am inspired by the diversity, vibrant color and abundance of ingredients, which I dedicatedly express as a food honorist.
The beauty of food, celebrating its natural origins, incorporating it into a positive attitude towards life, and implementing it visually is my joy as a cookbook author on various topics.

Ever since I can think, colors, shapes and houses have had a great attraction and fascination for me. Their interaction and their possibilities have found different expression in my life.
I love to paint and not only on canvas, but also to design rooms.
One of the most beautiful rooms is our body. To honor it, to feel it, to nourish it, to love it and to occupy myself with this miracle, I have given expression for many years as a nutritionist
With support, I have been able to heal myself from a chronic illness and have learned a lot about my body and its functions through visualizations, contact and dietary changes.
These experiences have been woven into my Dharma and I am leading groups in Hamburg to appreciate and come closer to our body temple.
