We are Beate Gauder & Claudia Seifert, we have created Annapurna loves me – a collective dedicated to shreelicious food and the beauty of deep nourishment. Honoring the fruits of mother earth in so many ways is our main value.
We love to create Annapurna temple spaces, full of beauty and well-being, mindfulness, sensory fullness and lushness.
We cook vegan delicacies, full of flavors and colors, prepared with ‘joie de vivre’. Delightful food that nourishes the body and the soul. A space of mindfulness, sensuality and opulence.

Living in harmony with Mother Earth and aligning our work with it is very close to our hearts.
This means being very mindful and appreciative of the ingredients we use and making a lot of food ourselves to avoid waste. Making sure that our ingredients are really just growing in our latitudes and not being shipped around the world.
We are located in Germany close to Berlin and we are creating cooking magic for Awakening Women retreats, weddings, celebrations, lectures and birthday parties with our delicacies.
Claudia offers online cooking classes (held in german), that strengthen our connection with Mother Earth, such as with wild herbs, vegan food, fermenting.
In the Women`s Wisdom School she offers frequently skillsharings about seasonal, vegan magic.

I am here to honor the fruits of mother earth and to express my love for the goddess Annapurna. I do that with shreelicious cooking, online classes, cooking for concious retreats. Creating temple spaces, full of beauty and well-being, mindfulness, sensory fullness and lushness.
My aim is to inspire people to feel joy in cooking, in a way that serves the goddess.
Less waste, seasonal food, eco food with a lot of `joie de vivre`.
I am inspired by the variety, colors, wild herbs, nature and abundance of ingredients and as a cook I express this with devotion.
Celebrating the beauty of food, its origin of nature and combining it into a good attitude towards life makes me happy. To marvel, to enjoy with all senses and to feel the loving care of Mother Earth, with all the nutrients and delicacies she offers us.
I offer Online-Workshops about vegan cooking magic, wild herbs, soulfood.
In my classes i love to invite you to find a deeper connection to align your daily kitchen life with honoring mother earth. (Right now they are held in german language.)

Ever since I can think, colors, shapes and houses have had a great attraction and fascination for me. Their interplay and possibilities have found different expressions in my life.
I love to paint and not only on canvas, but also to create spaces.
One of the most beautiful spaces is our body. To honor it, to feel it, to nourish it, to love it and to deal with this marvel, I have given many years of expression as a nutritionist.
I have been able to heal myself, with support, from a chronic illness and have learned much about my body and its functions via visualizations and contact and dietary changes.
These experiences have interwoven into my dharma and I lead groups in Hamburg to appreciate and get closer to our body house.
