Date-coconut triangles:
200 g dates
75 g ground sunflower seeds
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp chiasaat
1 tsp bee pollen
2 tbsp dried blueberries
2 tbsp popped quionoa
1 tbsp tender oatmeal (or a gluten-free alternative)
3-4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp almond muses
Mix the dates finely and mix them with the coconut oil. Now knead all the ingredients and spread them on a baking paper. Turn the baking paper over once on top so that you can press the mixture smoothly. (the height is about 2 cm) Now cool the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cut triangles from the mass.
