Turmeric coconut milk popsicles

250 ml coconut milk

8 dried apricots

1 tbsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp honey (vegan agave syrup)

1 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp coconut flakes

 

Soak apricots and dried apricots overnight. Then puree all the ingredients in a strong blender.

Spread in 4 Popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours. After 2 hours, put the wooden skewers or small spoons in as skewers and continue to freeze.

Then dip the moulds in hot water and release the popsicles.
