Oh we have prepared this delicious turmeric shake.
100 ml almond milk
1 tsp. tumeric powder
1 pinch of ground pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 dry apricots
300 ml almond milk
Heat 100 ml almond milk and add turmeric powder, 1 pinch of ground pepper and 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon. Soak apricots in 300 ml almond milk and the spice milk mix.
The next day, mix the milk with 1 banana. The recipe is for 2 people, but maybe only for 1 🙂
Turmeric loves this combination with ground long pepper (piper longum) then it has the best effect on the body. Black pepper is also fine.
