Coconut chia pudding with strawberries, chocolate and basil

For 4 portions:

IMG_5889200 ml almond milk

1/2 coconut, finely grated

100 g birch sugar

80 g chia seeds

10 leaves basil

300 g frozen strawberries

40 g chocolate roughly chopped

Mix almond milk, 50 g birch sugar, coconut and chia seeds and let it soak  for at least 6 hours.

Puree strawberries, 50 g birch sugar and 8 basil leaves.

Fill the chiapudding over 4 glasses and spread the puree on top. Serve with chocolate and some leaves basil.
