Turmeric pomegranate Hummus

Turmeric pomegranate hummus

250 g cooked chickpeas

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

30 g sesame seed

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

1 tbsp chopped pistachios

Finely puree chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, sesame oil, cumin, 2-3 tbsp water and turmeric. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle on top pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
