Recipe for a cake:
2 apples, in 1 cm thick slices, mixed with a few drops of lemon juice
150 g coconut blossom sugar
2 tbsp flaxseeds
100 g coconut flour
150 g gluten-free flour mix
1 tsp baking powder
50 g ground poppy seeds
200 g butter or coconut oil
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. Grease the springform pan 26 cm, sprinkle evenly with 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar and 1 tbsp poppy seeds. Spread apple slices on top.
Melt butter for the dough. Mix coconut blossom sugar, flour, coconut flour, baking powder and flaxseed. Mix with butter, eggs and almond milk to form a dough.
Spread the dough on the apples and bake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Then take out and topple.
