Blood oranges with olives, red onions and parsley

  • 4 blood oranges (or other oranges), peeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
    10 Kalamata olives, halved
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons agave syrup
  1. Mix onions, lime juice and 1 pinch of salt and knead a little.
    Spread the oranges on a platter and spread the parsley, olives and onions on top.
    Spread olive oil and agave syrup on top.
