smoothie1 Handvoll Feldsalat, ½ Bund Petersilie, 1 Avocado, 2 Stangen Sellerie, ½ Apfel

1 TL Leinsaat, 3 Datteln, 1 kleines Stück Ingwer, 250 ml Wasser. Gut mixen.
